The initial spice of this rockin’ drink smoothes out with the sweet pineapple finish.
- 1½ ounces Plantation Pineapple Rum
- ½ ounce Carpano Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth
- 1 heaping tablespoon Earth & Vine Peach Chipotle Jam
- Habanero pepper, for garnish
Combine rum, vermouth and jam in an ice-filled shaker and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a sliver of habanero pepper.
