- 2 ounces limoncello
- 4 ounces pomegranate juice
- 2 ounces soda water
- Lemon slices and pomegranate seeds for garnish
Combine ingredients in a tall, ice-filled glass and garnish with a lemon and pomegranate seeds.
To make fresh pomegranate juice, quarter a pomegranate and break apart in a bowl filled with water. Arylls will sink and pitch will float to the top. Quick blend arylls in a blender and strain out the seeds.
