This spicy twist on a traditional Hawaiian staple will have your taste buds doing the hula!
- 1 pound Ahi tuna, Grade #1
- 1 avocado
- 2 teaspoons furikake
- 2 teaspoons toasted pure sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- ½ teaspoon fresh ginger, finely grated
- 1 green onion, bias cut
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
Dice fish into small cubes and set aside in refrigerator.
Dice avocado, combine with remaining ingredients in a small bowl and add to tuna just before serving.
