Fresh toppings and Angus beef make this simple burger delicious, timeless and perfect with a pint.
- 2 pounds Fresh to Market Premium Angus 85/15 Ground Beef
- 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
- 6 seeded Kaiser rolls, halved
- 1 head Bibb lettuce
- 1 large brandywine heirloom tomato, sliced
- 1 large avocado, cut into rounds
- 1 red onion, sliced
Salt the ground beef and make 4 hamburger patties, 8 ounces each.
Half the kaiser rolls and set aside.
Grill hamburger patties until intermal temperature is 165°F or desired temperature.
Remove promptly and assemble burger with lettuce, tomato, avocado and onion on Kaiser roll.
