Along with being a nutritious breakfast option, açaí bowls are an easy and healthy meal before or after exercise!
Ingredients

Preparation
Combine the frozen açaí, orange juice, and half of the banana in a blender and puree until smooth.
To assemble, place half of the granola in the bottom of a bowl, top with the açaí puree, and garnish with the remaining banana, granola, kiwi, fresh berries, goji berries, and almonds.
For alternative flavor options, try blending the açaí with another juice or milk and garnishing with other nuts, coconut flakes, honey, agave, or chocolate chips.
