Celebrating the amazing flavors of all sorts of seasonal fruit, this sweet salad goes great with anything from brunch to a barbecue!
- 1 baby watermelon, peeled and cubed
- 1 pineapple, peeled and cubed
- 1 pound strawberries, quartered
- 1 pint blueberries
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 pound grapes
- 2 pears, diced
- 2 tablespoons mint, chiffonade
Toss all ingredients together gently. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
