This refreshing hard lemonade is as easy pie and just as sweet!
- ½ tablespoon sugar
- 1½ ounces citrus vodka
- 1 can Lemoncocco
- Handful of fresh blueberries
- Dash of soda water
- Lemon wedge, for garnish
Combine sugar with citrus vodka and a quarter of the Lemoncocco in a 20-ounce Mason jar; stir until sugar dissolves.
Add a handful of blueberries and crush them with a muddler to release the flavor.
Add ice, top with remaining Lemoncocco and a dash of soda water. Stir until mixed.
Garnish with more blueberries and a wedge of lemon.
