A refreshing combination of cucumber and mint, this beverage is easily turned into a cocktail by adding some herbacious gin or your favorite spirit when serving.
- 1 bottle elderflower lemonade, 500mL
- ½ bunch mint leaves
- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 2 lemons, sliced
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
Serve with gin or your favorite spirit.
