Bright and bubbly with a touch of grapefruit, this light sparkling cocktail goes beautifully with brunch.
- 4 ounces Cremant Rosé
- 1 ounce premium white rum
- 1 ounce St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- 1 grapefruit slice, for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a white wine glass and top with ice. Garnish with grapefruit slice.
