Mix up your standard mojito with a tropical coconut twist.
- 4-5 mint leaves
- 2 ounces Havana Club White Rum
- Juice of ½ lime
- 3-4 ounces coconut water
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- Lime wedge, for garnish
Gently muddle mint in a highball glass, then fill with ice.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add rum, lime juice, coconut water and simple syrup, then shake for about ten seconds.
Strain contents into highball glass and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.
